I am a resident of Nanganallur for the past 20 years. Bus facility which was a dream in earlier years, now made us more comfortable commutation. it is smallest bus stand and it is very nice and neat. please try to built new bus stand in same area for people and places keep new buses from nanganallur to chennai city

Maintenance is very bad. They dont follow the timings properly. We wait for hours together for some buses. There is no proper reply also. I am very unhappy and I request if the concerned authority can take appropriate action.

Considering the traffic dealt in Nanganallur, the existing facilities not adequate. There are no Benches or Chairs for the waiting passengers. Toilet facilities to be provided. There are no direct buses towards Tambaram side. As there is good public patronage, the Bus Route M18N Nanganallur to Guduvancherry trips may be increased.
