One of very few clean and tidy Bus stations that APSRTC have.
Large waiting hall space with seating facility and televisions. Proper indications written all over the bus station to find the stand of a particular bus. Washrooms maintained properly. Frequent announcements of bus details Clean and well maintained food stalls and beverages. Overall the facility is good

The bus stop was good. It has separate room for feeding babies. Ashtonished with this fact and seen such for the first time.

Better experience to get connected with major destinations and buses are often for transit, different service are available in and out the bus stand. Food stalls are huge and parking location is busy with no of parked vehicles. APSRTC Cargo service is available and place is nearby railway station

Worst service and Rud Less behaviour ticket counter employee This my journey date 29-03-22 Rajamundry to Kakinada Frist Bus 5:30 am I'm given 500-/ Note But he was told me no change .... I'm searching for change of money and 10 minutes after I'm missed the Bus finally ticket counter person told me no change no ticket .............this is my journey Frist worst experience............. Dear Bus deop manager please take Action.....

Busstand is congested to the number of buses it handles daily. Most of the seating is occupied by sleeping people in the night.

Bus station meet the minimum aminities. Enquiry, Rest rooms, food courts, so on... But the weird thing with the food court is serving left over items heating them instantly, food with out lids open ground for fly's. Though you are paid, one should compelled to consume. Please avoid this food court. Please think before you opt eateries at the APSRTC Food Court. Simply annoying, disgusting, lethargic attitude towards the hygiene, protecting the food from fly's.

In 2014 when the new cm came into ruling he made little renovation to the bus station like tiles, chairs,fans, pillar ceilings etc Now all the items getting depreciated and no one is taking care of it Hope the new cm will take a little responsibility towards this bus station and develop it further
