Chinsurah Bus Station

Well known and very good service is given by the bus station.It gives a safe and comfortable journey to all of its passengers.

Buses for various routes like, to Serampore, Chandannagar, Tarakeshwar are available.

Hooghly district head quarter chinsurah town .and this is the main bus terminal in chinsurah all buses ar departure here but I think it's not a planning for a bus station because no bus ar maintaining in line main bus stand ar not like a bus terminal.and main problem is no long distance bus ar not departure there like other's districts head quarter's burdwan,Nadia, murshidabad,birbuhum etc etc. except 1 or 2 long distance bus like chinsurah -bankura pvt bus are departure in morning but others time long distance gov.or pvt bus why not there? it's a very big problem.even direct Kolkata bus are not there while you see other's district like burdwan -Kolkata,beharampur-Kolkata,suri- kolkata gov. And pvt bus are also available. But local bus are available chinsurah bus stand all time in various route like tarakeswar(17,23),rishra(2),memari(4),kalna(8),haripal(18),pandooah traker(39),tribeni traker etc local bus available.

This is the main Chinsurah bus terminal from where buses goes in different routes. The place is usually crowded. Sometimes buses arrives late. There are many hotels and shops near the bus stand.

Chisura bus station has a RCC roof over here. Very much congested and narrow place. Area is also very much busy with traffic. Lack of good toilet.

Not so clean. Bus available for some routes. Few fooding shops available ( good shops are outside stand)

Not too clean and no proper place to wait for your bus

All buses of different destinations started from this Terminus. But space of Terminus is not enough for all buses. So, many buses park outside bus Terminus. The bus starter offices are backside of Terminus. But those offices are very much nasty and filthy. No maintenance at all. There is no public toilet also.
