Have traveled all over India and can say with confidence that the BEST drivers and conductors are the best when it comes to professionalism and work ethics. Those who disagree should try taking a trip in UP or Delhi!!! The buses are reasonably well maintained - again compared to other states. Ensure you use mobile apps to get the correct bus timings before going to a bus stop.

This bus station sees a lot of bus traffic, with buses going to different parts of the city. But the station doesn't seem equiped to handle the traffic and the passengers. The bus shelters are from the 80s and haven't been upgraded. The small shelter area that was spacious for the passenger traffic in the 80s is insufficient for 2018s traffic. Also, the roofs are leaky, adding to the inconvenience during monsoon. There isn't a single post with a bus route map. Bus route assignations on bus shelters are not clear. Some assignations have faded away and the paint hasn't be retouched in years. The tarmac is in dire straits. Full of bumps and potholes, this surface makes the ride hellish and buses move sluggishly. Also, the pavement near the entry and exit points is badly damaged, which causes a massive jolt as buses enter and leave the bus station. The staff at the help desk is unhelpful and rude. There are no restrooms!!!!!! Overall, this is one of the most poorly maintaned bus stations in the city.

i lost my bus pass. i called dindoshi depo and they said take a new pass. then they said call on other number. now they are saying something different. what the hell they were think we are. third grade service of bus.

I am waiting within one and half hours in dindoshi bus depo but 398 bus number's bus not come . Because they not interested going to aray route. This is good for stop providing services . Don't give a hope . Other same number buses are arrive 3 to 4 time . Stop a services when not interested going to aray route.,😡😡😡

They gave started the air conditioner bus.Red bus.Its a huge scam .Most of the time it's running empty with threevyo four passengers.Also inspite of buying a ac pass of 1200 valid thruout thane Mumbai vashi.They won't allow you inside because they don't have a conductor.The driver refused to even check the pass...THR BIGGEST JOKE IS trains are closed Still they insist that the passenger gets off at the last stop. I CAN ASDURE YOU THE BIGGEST CORRUPTION IN BEST WOULD BE THIS AC BUS CONTRACT.... MARK MY WORDS
