Clean and tidy bus station, bus to all places are available here at good price point.
Staff is good and ready to help, all covid safety process are being done here and autos, i bus station and drinking water facilities are available at near the main gate of this place.

Parking issue only. overall good

Carry Cash as Online Payment are NOT AVAILABLE and app to book ticket crashes and is hard to find on play store. Even their own staff couldn't find it. Ticket can be booked in bus if available but it is only for them who carries cash. Only positive point is this bus station is clean and has a clean and maintained garden which is very rare. Restroom is clean.

The place is good also have clean washrooms.They have place to sit also canteen is there for break fast and shop for purchasing small things.

Very good place and well managed for check in and out for various buses for various places. Buses are good in conditions and well maintained. Mostly on time. All facilities are available for a traveler. Well managed ticket counter and seating facilities are too good for waiting.

Now the government is focusing on public transport coz of increasing number of people who is coming daily indore.
they have made good infrastructure, sitting area, toilets, air conditioned waiting areas, canteen, announcement for buses and the top of that Hygiene is properly maintained to every corner. I like the timing they follow and buses doesn't go above their passenger sitting capacity.

There is issue with parking area . As people keep their bikes anywhere they get space. There is no systematic entrance and exit of it. Bikes can get damage easily .
