I was in his shop on 23mar22 to return goods and get the refund.Mr Rajan was rude,bad behaviour and used badwords which is not Acceptable(Talking to us as if we r beggers)
Mr Rajan you are not doing favors to us we are paying and buying Goods from you and My advise you to take customer support training at least you ll learn how to smile and talk and not to use badwords to the customers.
Mr.Rajan whatever you are today bcoz of people of ratnagiri and valuable customer(Don't forget in your life)

I was present with my friend to buy some products while buying Mr rajan gave us many promises but while returning extra material his voice was changed & start to use unacceptable language he was very rude with us.
This was not a one incidents but so many peoples are sharing the same experience about him
