Worst bank, don't cooperate with their customers, employees don't provide their other Branch's phone no, as they said they don't have it. How can a bank work like this? And if you are providing them business,then they will ask you again & again & call you multiple of times. No one entertain you unless you providing them any business. SHAME ON YOUYHDFC BANK & EMPLOYEES.

Commercial arcade...follows basic covid rules. Good thing is they allow visitors to park two wheelers inside. Be careful when u park, or someone cud block ur vehicle. No one seems to care who is parking where.

It is near to the Thane Passport office. Enough parking space for employees. Good complex. Food stalls on 5-10 min walkable distance. Easily accessible by auto from Thane railway station. Near to the auto stand and TMT bus stop.

It has regional offices for SBI, HDFC and other financial companies, I went there to HDFC loan department so if you have to make any changes you may be asked to visit here. Tips - 1. Don't go by the digital analog token counter because that is the level 2 queue initially you will be given a hand written number for your turn. 2. Don't wait for your turn just proactively check about your work and what all documents are required and by the time you get your turn you can arrange or fill them accordingly 3. If you have to change the address or bank details Don't rely only on customer service because they would not know exactly what charges you have to pay and all the docs requirement
Do give your suggestion on a plan paper before leaving
Very loud but helpful ladies staff and they are very efficient

The HDFC loan branch is on 5th floor. I found the executives of the loan dept quiet slow in their operations. The normal branch for other banking solutions is on ground floor.
