Fantastic experience. Seen a few hostels earlier but this hostel tops them . Absolutely clean and hygienic with home type tasty food. Above all the owners give it a personal touch by being there for the students 24*7 to cater for their requirements. Happy .... :))

For any parent who send their kid far away to a place where a lot of negatives are highlighted, the only concern or our priority would be to pick a hostel where you know your kid is safe & under the guidance of a responsible person who is definitely there to help the child & monitor them at close quarters (Maheshwari Sir with family lives on the top floor of the hostel). Hence rest assured this is the place. The rest is all secondary.
The hostel rooms are spacious & comfortable. The kitchen is super clean at any point of time. The cleanliness was decisive for me to zero in on to the hostel.
The food is also good & there is variety too, but I think South Indians will hv to put an extra effort to adapt to Rajasthani food.
If you are willing to ignore the location of the hostel which is situated in an industrial area then all is good.

An amazing place for young aspiring minds. Really good study atmosphere. Cleanliness maintained at all time. food quality is great they use decent oils, spices and vegetables (much better than what you get in other hostels or restaurants in kota). rooms are spacious and comfortable.management team is also very cooperative especially mr sanjay maheshwari sir who himself take care of each and everything.
The only con is that they dont have ac's in mess

Very very bad food. If u would complain the owners are too arrogant they wont give a damn.
If u dont wanna waste your precious 14K per month it is highly suggested not to come to this hostel.
Rooms are also not good

Respected sir, I am the owner of this residency. We take appropriate care of the students. Many a times, we have taken students and their parents for medical emergency to the hospital and stood by them.we tell parents not to come back for collection of marksheet, rather we will send it by speed post. In a case, we got the aadhar card made for debjyoti, saving his father from getting trouble while coming all the way from Bangalore. Debjyoti is in IIT KGP now. As regards food, we do not mix water to the milk and curd. Milk is served twice a day. We cook food with good spices and oil. Entire purchase is made from Walmart - even vegetables. In the morning, two varieties of salad are always fresh. We do not allow cook to keep more than 10-15 chappatis in the hot case, while hot chappatis are served to students who wait for a minute. I eat food in the mess for the last 3 years. Dal is always perfect. The only difficulty that we face is about vegetables as students from all over India come to our hostel and they have different taste. Maths and chemistry tution can be arranged on request. My family stays in the same building.We put our entire energy into creating a good future for our hostel students.

Hello Sir I want to ask some questions regarding this?
1. Is mess food included in 14k
2. Are cockroaches and lizards present in rooms?(Real opinion please!)
3.what is foot distance between resonance main campus and hostel?
4. Are single rooms avabibal for boys?

Spacious rooms with proper maintained hygiene and good food (ghar ka khana best hai lekin yaha bhi nutrition ka khyal rakhte hai and variety too & P.S. sundays were awesome😍). Never felt an owner...always a cooperative maam and sir who will surely help u out in any of ur problems be it hostel related queries or even ur academics.
Feel really happy that I've been here and all those glorious memories that we (2019 batch+seniors cum bros) have lived. Thank you for all the precious precious times to all the beautiful people out there.

Faced many problems during my stay like not such a good mess, too much diluted milk, bad condition of washrooms nd many more. Bad hostel overall if you are serious in studies nd hygiene
