Best biryani in Leh , had 2 meals in 2 days, love the mutton

Thank god ..this . restaurant is open in winter.. this is my 4 th time..to visit Biryani queen ... service is awsome...and the best part os biryani...
Biryani is awsome... restaurant has heater keep u warm in winter..
I love this place even veg food items are...awsome..

This is one of the few restaurants in leh..which serves... authentic biryanis

If You are in Leh and want to have Biryani then this is the best place to visit. We were in Leh for 2-3 days and we visited this place multiple time. We had Mutton & Kathal Briyaani. This was a yummy experience for us. Highly recommended for Biryaani Lovers.

NEVER GO THIS PLACE.
They put plastic remains in the food. When we asked to cancel the orders, since we lost trust in food quality, they were forcing us to eat remaining orders. They staff was very rude and arrogant. Once the argument went heated they finally cancelled the order since there were other customers.

Best Biriyani in Leh town with reasonable rate. Great going team Biriyani queen Leh.

Totally justifies its name.
Both the veg as well as non veg dum biryanis are great in taste.
Even the main course including daal tadka and other curries are worth trying

Cost for two- ₹400

1. Worst Hospitality

(a) ordered tandoori chicken but we were denied extra lemon & chutney. Chicken tandoori was not good needs marination and was left to get overcooked in tandoori.

(b) Staff forgot to place plates asked thrice finally plates reached us by the time tandoori was all cold.
As it already consumed so much time not patient enough to send it again for warming up.

(c) Two adults in nearby table left the whole briyani after having only some of it. But by the time we gave our order. So with the respect to the reviews which I saw in Google we eagerly waited for the briyani.

(d) There comes another night mare, staff forgot to serve the briyani we waited almost an hour, while my patience was running out another staff asked me that are you waiting for something. That very question literally agitated me but maintaining the decency I told him im waiting for Mutton briyani. He went inside and came out with mutton briyani along with an irritating reply saying that the other guy forgot to serve it as it was prepared bit earlier.

(e) Briyani experience was awful. Mutton needed marination I felt like eating a rubber.

2. Basic facilities and hygiene is not upto the mark.

3. Hotel should train their staff.

Conclusion

Better stay away from this Restaurant. If u want to eat briyani plz go back to ur favorite place. Never ever try here.

Tried both mutton and chicken biryani....tastes gud with sufficient quantity....ambience was gud too.....recommend for others to try....
