I bought 2 kids bikes (BSA Flora 20" and BSA Dynox 16") from this store. I had a pleasant buying experience. Since I bought 2 bikes they gave me approx 10% discount on the price listed on their website, made the bikes ready for riding (filled air, wiped the bikes, checked the brakes, added a free basket and foam (for the metal bar between the handlebars). They also give a free service within 6 months. They also made a home delivery for the two bikes (charged the equivalent auto-fare...which was very fair on their part). I would definitely buy my adult bikes from this store in future.

It was just not the only buying cycle , they suggest cycles according to our usage and requirements.
Even this shop is competitive compared to others branded shops in Bangalore. I did lot of surveys before purchase with other shops ,google and online got the best deal.
This shop will not just push the cycles what they have in stock,they suggests the fantastic one according to our requirements.
I really enjoying my cannondale quick cx2 bike fanatic one. Happy cycling..!!

Cool stuffs and helpful on providing details. Limited items to choose - specially for Ladies cycle. Most of the items on catalog are not available even not to order as well - they will push for only one available colour or model that they have in stock - & mostly all are in Pink only. If you place an order - there is no guarantee on the delivery date; I received the cycle ordered for after several follow ups and around 20 days where as I was suppose to get by 5 days as they committed. So, prepare your mind accordingly before placing your order. Prices are mostly MRP - discounts are just an eyewash - nothing special here. Regarding discount I felt deceived here - I bought a cycle with some accessories which costs me total 8k around - when asked for a discount - they told they are giving 300 rupee discount on a 900 rupee accessory which earlier they quoted 600 only - so they show a higher MRP and discount both to me - I didn't felt the urge to argue with their cheap logic 😕

There are many branded cycles available and the price is reasonable. They are giving free service for the cycles and very helpful. The staffs are very helpful and they are explaining the cycles each spare parts. The large amount of varieties available and the staff are suggesting to choose what customer expected.

I bought a Montra Helicon Disc bike 2018 model recently. Guaranteed shop and I suggest you to meet Abilash who has excellent skills and knowledge about the variety of cycles. You won't get any trusted nearby shops in this area but I experienced and heard from the previous customers that they are very poor in service and lack of technician. We should find some other option for servicing the bike. Most important, I am not happy with the billing, price and packing. No invoice, No cycle guide or manual provided with it. Billing has mismatch details and does not specify any details about the product. The shop displayed a sign board mentioned Track and Trail but on the bill it has a different name.

They don't even deserve 1 star! Very poor servicing. Bought a downtown a month back. Gave it to them last weekend, thinking of just a normal servicing will be done. However, the service guy made it worse. Not sure if they take away the original parts but they definitely don't know anything abt bicycle servicing. Firstly they took four days to delivery the bike. On top, after servicing, the whole cycle is making screeching sound. Brakes have become noisy, the rear wheel has become too noisy. I took it back again yesterday, the man took 1 hour, probably just put some oil on the brakes and nuts which stopped the noise for an hour. By the time I reached back home, which is 800m from the shop, noise became double.
At night, with less surround noise, the cycle screeching noise is too loud and irritating. Even my dad's 20 years old cycle is much smooth than this one!!
These people surely doesn't know anything about cycles.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AND EVEN IF YOU DO, DO NOT GIVE FOR SERVICING.

In the name of company they are selling defective cycle our experience was very pathetic and the damaged ones they replace the stickers they have stickers available in stock. When asked they come with excuse in transportation they get damaged. I would not suggest this place. I will share detailed experience with management, when we are paying any customer would expect to be top notch.
