Lets summarize my rating.
1. Stock
I would say good stock.

2. Price
When you visit a shop you expect a genuine price and discount. What they do is increase the price, they will quote you higher price and then give discount stating they are the stockists in that region and offering best discont. But even after discount their price is higher than what other shopkeepers quote you as mrp.
Reality is they CHEAT YOU.

3. Service.
As soon you leave the shop, they wont even recognize you.

4. Behaviour.
Wrost staff ever, will tell you lie about product and will tell you anything.

FINAL VERDICT:
CHECK PRICE OR YOU WILL BE FOOLED.

Widest variety and good quality products. One of the oldest shops in Bihar.

They Change the original product with duplicate. And don't give warranty

I didn't buy a bicycle from this shop but considering the popularity of this shop, I'm forced to write a review and probably let others know the ground reality of this shop.

Quick background :

I own a gravel bike (cross between road and hybrid bike) and was looking for replacing my current 700x32c tires to 700x28c tires. So, for this, I went to some of the well know bicycle shops of Patna to enquire about.

The thing :

When I went to this shop, I told the shopkeeper about what I was looking for and he was like tell me the tire size which I did tell him. When I showed what I meant with the help on internet search result, he was like "you're not telling the right thing" and that's when I got to know he didn't even know about it. Yes, that's the most disappointed thing right there, you own a shop but don't even know about different types of cycles in the first place. And, it's not that I was expecting this from a helper but this came straight from the owner.

Verdict :

I'm not straight away judging but this was a big let down from me. If I were in his place, I should be knowing about the cycling world for sure. Also, the whole conversation wasn't event close to polite and the same was with another customer when I was present there. This shopkeeper is out there to sell, that's it, nothing more, nothing less. It was a helper at Harjit Cycle Store who knew what I was trying to say and he politely told me to look online and it's rare that I would find the tires I'm looking for in Patna.

Rating it 2 stars because 1 star is too rude and isn't justified because I didn't buy anything from here.

The products such as the gear shifters derrileurs are fake copies of shimano, my shifter lasted only for 2 months. Not recommend, go for orient cycle store

I purchased my cycle from there and it was a huge mistake they don't have good staff if you want to repair your cycle there, they will charge you a lot more than the normal market the owner of the shop is very arrogant and even after reading this review if you are going to buy you will regret because I have also read this kind of review but I didn't care much and now I am regretting

Worst place to buy cycles, dont buy. They keep bad and old cycles
