A very homely place to stay in. It's a big bungalow where the landlady probably rents out individual rooms. The rooms are big and spacious with even a common balcony kind sit out area. There is also a common living room kind on each floor. The owner is very warm n ready to help with ur travel and transport plans. Overall a good stay!!

This property is at walking distance from Preet Vihar Metro Station and lots of eateries nearby. So location is A+ however this is not a complete Hotel. This property is actually a Villa and Hotel is separated on first floor and above. There is no food or breakfast available on demand so make sure you should well be prepared to move out for even a good coffee. Property owners are really friendly and coperative. Rooms are big and spacious but I find bedsheets and washroom less hygiene. I believe the cost is high for what you get.

An average quality b&b. If you are looking for a place to just sleep for the night and get some breakfast before heading out, this should be ok. At this price, I would expect them to provide a bottle of water, some bath items like soap, shampoo. The fixtures were average quality and cleanliness was on the margin of getting into unacceptable.
Also, expect some random phonecall from the room service, apparently they don't have a way to know who called, so they call back each of the rooms.
And there was some gentleman who knocked on my door and when I opened, he said sorry wrong room.
At times, be prepared to ring the bell at the outside gate a few times before someone answers and let's you in.
That being said, the big plus is the proximity to the metro. And decent eats nearby. The staff were friendly.

The property is nice and the caretaker was very kind. The ambiance was very homely. Room was great and they provided tea& coffee machine inside the room. However dinning facility was not available. WiFi was there but no car parking.

Wonderful stay!!!! Very clean and workers are very helpful and good . Recommending all tourist to stay in this hotel . This hotel is the best for overseas travellers . Soon I'll come again to india and book this same hotel and same room. Thanks to the owner of the hotel to keep me well and safest stay in delhi .... love and regards from me and my family .

Wow .... 💗 For everything,rooms are beautiful spacious with having good lobby kitchen attached balcony attached everything is wonderful 👍😊 and even the owners are very good bilkul dilwale the jaise Dilli k logo k baare me suna hai waise hi ,i wish i could again visit Delhi and surely I will stay at this property,miss you delhi 💗😘

At 2.5K on booking.com per night is expensive without breakfast. It was a mistake on my part to not read the facilities provided. I assumed that breakfast would be served.
