My mum is a regular customer of this salon.. its a nice place..they really give alot of attention and care... I visited this place yesterday and guess what.. they charged 4700 for keratin treatment and my hair length is not even till shoulder.. upon asking why is it this much i was told that because i have hair bleached and blonde coloured already.. if it would have been virgin hair then it would have been under 2500 .. well this does not make any sense..does it?

I have noticed this before as well.. they have no rate card.. they charge in any form they want... I am not a resident here... I come twice in a year... I really appreciate the attention and care but charges are way too high for a place like chinsurah..

Some one needs to look into this.

Inefficient,they don't know how to set hair.they told me waxing half length 350,while payment they told it is 450

Absolutely bad service. I did keratin treatment from there and staffs are not well trained...and for full arm waxing they charged 500.

My hair has been absolutely destroyed. I strongly suggest to find another parlour or even cut your own hair at home but not here. The only purpose this parlour serves is for doing shampoo. Google does not allow negative stars so I am unable to do so, but manually I give it a -5/5.
