Burnt my face and got a swollen eye!!!

I went with my sister to this salon for the first time. There were many bridal makeups going on in the parlour at that time so they gave me a beautician named Chanda for basic lotus facial.
She started doing my scrub and some of it went in my eyes by accident. So I asked her to clean it instead of cleaning it with a tissue she just closed my eye lids and massaged it. Since it was scrub it caused a scratch in my eye. Leading to redness and itching in my eyes. I thought this will get fixed and I closed my eyes. After going home, I had to go to the eye hospital to get it checked as my eyes swelled. The doctor said that since Chanda ji (the beautician who was giving me facial) rubbed my eyes after scrub went into it I had an eye injury!! :(

Later on she applied bleach and left it for like 15 minutes unattended. She was asking the parlour owner to come and check but since it was pretty crowded she ignored me.
Later on when she removed my bleach I got burn spots on my right cheek. I called the beauticians to check how this happened. The worse part was that they did not even accept it. She said it was pimple mark. A blatant lie. Today when I check my skin it has one big burn mark and two minor marks on my forehead because of the cheap quality bleach used, inexperience and negligence.
Even after this was all a accident only the main makeup artist of them had the honesty to accept that something went wrong and gave me a tea tree face mask.
P.S: Paid 2500 bucks for this trauma!

This is worst palce of service but best place for fraud. These guys just chase down for fake rating and also did the fraud with my wife. They have taken the booking of bridal service and even after informing 2-3 weeks earlier that our dates are changed. They did return neither money back nor alternate service nor credit note for future use. On top of that the lady Aarti was so disrespectful to us as if we had stolen her money and demanding a bridal candidate from us.

I don't know why they exists just to do the fraud with customers even spoiling the name of place and business trust as well.

I am putting the comments because I have undergone with this and don't want others to face it.
Please do the all enquiry, take everything in writing, don't be emotional to pay larger amount.
