Bridal nails not shaped after manicure, pedicure; nail polish was dry, no proper body cleaning after body polish, pre bridal was not worth the price ,also the staff was not there to dress up d bridal only d people under training.worst experience,time n money wasted

I have taken bridal and pre-bridal package from Retouch and had very bad experience of pre-bridal . Their service is pathetic they do not even have experienced co workers. Girls you can take bridal make up from their but i will not suggest to anyone to take pre bridal service because that is totally wastage of money. At the time of booking they do not even clear you about every service what they will gonna provide you.They took full money from you on the name of big brands but they use local products for waxing and body policing. They do not even use warm water in winters and do not clean body properly after body policing.

Good service, spacious, big staff, which is comprising of half experienced and half under training staff. Prices are moderate, neither too heavy nor too light on your pocket.
