Visited lakme Indirapuram yesterday for keratin . Loved the services , my hair look so healthy and shiny , got many compliments at my office today . Thank you Lakmé indirapuram for the lovely experience . Special thanks to my hair stylist Mr Rajeev for the keratin service and to the manager Mr Paras for the lovely gift . I will make sure I recommend your salon to my friends . The ambience was beautiful and very warm . Special thumbs up for cafe coffee day beverages served in the salon . Loved the experience!!!!

It's my go-to salon. Primarily because of the polite, welcoming and efficient staff. Today Ms Soni provided me excellent service. Very professional and friendly. And Mr Rajeev is the person that I have for long been trusting my hair with. He has always given me a fantastic haircut. He is great with the scissors.

Hair spa experience was average though. Most of the time was spent either sitting idle waiting for bond to work or wash area which strains neck . Head and neck massage of 2-3 minutes was good. Now a days no steam is there. Hence pampering feeling is not there, its just rather a quick chemical treatment.. will wait to observe the impact.. outcome of the treatment sems fine..

Went for eyebrow shaping, hair colour with root touch up and pressing, but perthetic response and service. The staff is very casual no one to attend and take care of, after eyebrow making for your further service, better to go for a local salon.

Only serving coffee and 5 rs chips will not portray your services and way of attending the customers.
Just because you are not agreeing to the staff suggestions for your hair and want your opinion to be taken care of doesn’t mean you will not entertain them.

Went here with my sister for her wedding makeup and was surprised by the creativity and effort they put with a single client. The make up artist Chanchal was very calm and patient and did exactly the way we wanted with utmost perfection.

Been a regular customer for years. Always had a great experience. The services offered are excellent and results can be seen immediately. Esp thanks to Tanya - she has been the one i always book in advance - she has lot of experience in field and gives correct advice on which plan is better according to skin condition . Always felt rejuvenated & relaxed post Tanya’s Service. Tushar is best for pedicure & manicure. He always goes above & beyond & does wonderful work. Keep up good work.
