Beautiful ambience creates relaxing and comfortable for sevices. Really fulfilled all my expectations. The staff and salon experts are really kind. Made my day magnificent with a wonderful makeup touch and beautiful hairdo. And the perfect eye makeup added a pop to all of it. Thanks for all the services.

So this is a very real time experience that my very good friend has to go through this.So basically, it was her wedding and she decided to ready there .The owner claimed that she gonna do a very good makeup and will call the main artist from Delhi but at last time they just back off and they asked for money. They didn't apply the nail paint to bride they said because girlsaid she will give the wholeamount on her wedding day they even got some money in advance. They bothered her to take jewellery from saloon when she declined they said they will not do her makeup. So we talked to diff girls and they said the same who have taken their services. I have a message for these people respect the customers and stop being so fussy.First work on the hospitality irrespective of the status of your customer.

The worst salon I have ever been too.. I went there to get a new haircut, my hair was waist length and I got it reduced to shoulder length! N it was a nightmare.. horrible hair cut.. my hairs looked too shabby and uneven after the cut.. for hair cut especially for transforming hairlook NEVER give this place a try!! Totally disappointed

Whosoever is handling please revert.
They just make fool of customers.
Hapur Branch issue 1200 wallet cards for few services which they later denied to give the services for fraudulent reasons because they are collecting those amount.I purchase 2 cards.
The manager/lady who is handling hapur branch first promise to refund back the amount later talk such a rude/loud way and try to rule over make aggressive statement denied to give services and later do not even refund the amount.
"Madam mein amount hi nhi dungi..jo krna h vo kro" ye last statement thi uske baad call reject krte h. They are expert in making fools.
First they will talk nicely to make customers.
Later they show they are mere novice and just know how to make money.
I wish I could add voice call here just to tell you guys how we'll they talk to a customer.

The experience over there is hell or worse than that.
And owner never listens to the customer and she takes the side of their employeees instead of listening to the clients.
Its better if you go on a road side barber shop than going there and feel like insulted.

True feedback! Hope this helps you. I have been there for the waxing, hair style and keratin services. They are charging very high amount like metro cities and what they provide are local services. Same services I can get in half price almost. I was very disappointed after each service. Staff is not very professional and they do not have the hospitality culture at all. Just earning money on the name of brand.

Got. Hair wash & blow dry.. it was very good.. Bilal is very good with her.. staff is courteous and cooperative.. much needed on hapur l- a place for an excellent blow dry! Keep it up
