I tried this beauty parlour for the first time. To be honest, I have never cried after a haircut. Throughout hair cut I told the lady repeatedly I wanted a side swept layers. She ruined my hair by cutting it unevenly. Plus she charged extra than she does. And when I told her I didn't like my hair she said that dependedon me. Worst experience ever.

I was visiting Kanpur and needed a haircut so asked for recommendation of a good parlour which got me to Michelle beauty parlour.the owner was very kind and took the time to explain different hair styles to me which helped a lot.I was very happy with the makeover.the staff was kind.all in all was a happy customer.will visit again:)

I was visiting kanpur for the first time. Had gone for saree draping n hairstyle. Firstly dey charged a whopping amt of 800 whch was nt worth at all. Found d owner rude. D worst thing Was dat inspite charging so much she did not care to put on d AC. On my repeatedly saying she just ignored. Vry shameful of her. Wil not recommend. Going there is waste of money.

I would advise people to definitely try this salon. Great ambiance, owner very expert and professional.very soft spoken and helpful! Expert makeup. Staff very helpful and friendly especially the one doing the facial. I got my daughter’s bridal done there and it awesome and flawless. Extremely satisfied with the services and would definitely go there regularly.
