This was the only salon which I used to visit in Gorakhpur , If em around.. a kind of a loyal customer..i also attended their aerobics sessions which was commendable. But one sad experience ruins everything and esp, when it comes to attending your customer. Once I went to the salon and was asked to wait for 15 mins. I waited happily and thereafter 15 mins I was asked to wait for another 15 mins and that added to 30 mins , and the knocking issue is that the staffs are available but bcz of less or no Cooperation among them they din want to give the service..

I believe valuing the time of your customer and keeping aside your internal matter is the best way to showcase a part of professionalism.

Got a haircut which was so terrible even after guiding the hairdresser and the price was so unexpected because they added many useless facilities like santizing and all.....
Please don't visit for hair cut

Worst bridal makeup..!! Because of covid, had left with few choices and choosing this salon was biggest mistake. Bridal Makeup was not even near to party makeup. No quality products used & the setting spray they used was so terrible that it left me with teary eyes for 2-3 hours.

Pathetic service...if u love your hair, Don't go for haircut here. Hairdresser are very rude..they will ruin your look. I said exactly what I wanted..but they ruined my long hair. 550₹ for haircut 👎 waste of time & money

They provide you good service. I go for hair cut , waxing, facial. And Swati named staff is really good.
