Such a bad experience.. I'm very disappointed i was cut my hair in advance layer but it looks like not layer cut and the staff is not care for customers and I said cut my hair little less but she cut more hair i loss my hair I'm so worried.. now I hv short hair only.. staffs r listening music, concentrate on their mobiles and talking each staffs not concentrate the customer im not suggest anyone to go Aurora for haircut.. my worst haircut in my life..

I went Aurora Parlour Today and did my Eyebrows Threading. Done by Mrs Mehar. Impressed by her service. Very patiently handled my face and good massage she did for me. I would recommend This Parlour.

Mehar did a great job. I did bridal mehandi here. She did it with so much patience and dedication towards her work. I loved the pattern and the service they provide.
I was completely satisfied. I can close my eyes and recommend Mehar for Mehandi designs

Extremely bad and very very worst case of experience. I gave an clear cut explanation to the in-charge that just shorten my hair as it is because the hairdresser is from some other region he is facing difficulties to understand the language. In-charge committed me that he is good hairdresser and I believed the same (Still there are good hairdressers available like Anji, Vijay, Prabhu etc.,). The output that I get it seems like extreme awful and the style he cut is like 1970s. They used me as a lab rat for testing his new hairdresser capabilities.

This is totally disappointment, I am paying money for the quality service that you guys are doing and not for testing me as a lab rat. Common man, that is your concern you guys have to set a pattern to train new person and then handover client to him. Especially when you hire new person teach him or at least show him the pattern how our people patterns are and let him observe first.

You guys are top in sathy location but by doing this spoiling your reputations from these kind of service. Please learn from the mistakes otherwise it wont work and it is competitive world.

I have explained all these things to the cashier and they don't want me to pay for the service and I paid it. Cashier is very calm and understand the concern that I faced but that is not gonna solve the mistake that they made.

I did my full face hair removal by Nandhini...She is seriously done a great job. I had a good experience overthere. She is very friendly with the customers. Whatever I told to her to do on my face, she listened well for that I appreciate her. You know, Full face hair removal it's just painful thing but she made it better. Definitely, I will suggest her for other customers as well.

I had my facial done by Parveen, she did a good job and her massage was soothing and relaxing. Definitely recommend to others. I am giving 4 star because the ambiance could have been better. Thanks.
