Horrible horrible service and response from the service people. There is only one service lady here and she is very rude. I went for layer hair cut and eyebrows. I knew the Covid situation and asked about the PPE kit and they said they'll charge 100/- bucks for it but when I saw the kit it was only one small transparent cover for my shoulders when the hair was cut. 100/- was too much for that small towel. And the service lady also was not wearing any gloves or mask or any overalls. The A/C was on and it was a closed room. The customers were also not wearing mask around me. And when I came to pay the bill they did not have change for 500/- and she gave me all in torn 10 rupees notes. I expected better from Naturals staff but this is very horrible and very bad service I've ever experienced.

The groom make-up & hair styling services provided by Naturals staff Mr. Arun was commendable. He was a thorough professional, sincere nad dedicated. He made me sail through the event in flying colours. Thanks Arun & Naturals salon.

Not worth for money. I took layer hair cut .All process completed Withine 20 mins. Not good. I'm not satisfied. Simply wash and cut my hair that's it. They not provide hairset after cut and any. Hair looks dry . Looks like same before

Overall service was good, Preeti was so friendly and attended well. Manicure and pedicure could have been better. And the price is too much, I mean the GST is worse, I had a membership card by only the GST price was reduced and the GST was 200. But other than that okay

Arun sir and bharathi mam , both of there service are fantastic. I will recommend them for facial and hair styling.
