Worst female manager/receptionist

I called to get appointment for hair cut for my mom and at any cost I don't want the service to be spoiled as we are doing this for an event...

A women manager spoke to me and she said that each one their hair stylist are specialist with certain type of hair..so I explained the hair type of mom's hair and asked who will do best with this type of hair...so was like you need to come, I said when I am gonna come not all 4 of your stylist gonna be there and so I said her I will send the picture of mom hair, so that she can say who will do better with that type of hair...but she refused...

The tone and the way they spoke sounded like, you tell me what time you are coming and I will put any of my hair stylist available for the service....

We all know not everyone can't be equally talented and few people will have their own strength...I want whoever strong in the hair type of my mom to offer her the service....And it didn't happen...

So this is not a brand that gives you best stylist as per your hair/skin type...they only have generalist and not specialist....

Later when I got in touch with other famous salon brand they clearly said who will be the best person for my mom hair type and gave a appointment in the next day as she was not available on the day I asked...that is still fine, as this hair cut is important and nothing wrong in waiting for a day..

Naturals has now become an another brand in the market who doesn't care customer experience

Before my haircut three times i explained to that man about a shape of cut i need ,but he done it like a unprofessional
Waste of money even they don't know the shape of haircuts ,Very poor.

I’m happy to share my review. I got excellent service of hair smoothening with staff Mr. mustkim. All staff were patience and humble and perfectly done my service also explained very clearly about maintaining my hair. I strongly recommend this service for everyone 😍

Head massage:
I have done head massage by Harikesh..The services was too good. It was so relaxing and refreshing.. I suggest please try a head massage service with him. It was worth of money.

Front desk staff is courteous and polite. They arranged an hairstylist quickly even though they were busy.

Nethaji and sasikumar are both good barbers. I recommend them to others as well.

Harikesh is a knowledgeable staff. I got hair oil massage, he listened to what I was looking for. Polite and nice staff

Her application was based on my requirement and she further suggested me a haircut that has completely changed my looks for good! I loved my experience and would recommend you all the place.
