I really enjoyed the service and the ambience is amazing. The environment and staff is best. I took a smoothening treatment and the results are on par. The person who worked on my hairs was Shamshad and he literally transformed my hairs which were curly and frizzy to silky, smooth straight. This salon is gonna be my go to place from now.

Great experience, would like to suggest everyone go with this salon. Also the services are excellent and the staff is very humble towards everyone. They tell uh the best solution of whatever prblm uh r facing with ur hairs withing ur budget.

Nails extension was very bad and very bad service! Didn’t expect this and untidy nails and got out after 2 days very bad ! When I went to remove it they asked me to pay 700 rupees for just getting it cut! Guys Plsss don’t visit this ! Fraud alert

Worst haircut i had in my life. I showed them a picture but then the guy who did my haircut said it won’t suit or work on your face and would be difficult to manage. And i said fine forget about it. but then he did that haircut which now i am sure he has never done it before. Now my front face hair style is all messy .. some short hair then long hair then again short hair …please be careful if you are going for a cut there.

I visited Riva salon for my haircut this time, and before that, I have taken their facial and other services. I must say they are well trained, professional and have good knowledge. They suggested me few product for my hair and literally they did wonder to my hair. I have recommend Riva in my friend circle and they also become their regular customer now.
