First Impression Heritage Salon & Academy

Not a good experience. I showed them a picture of what i wanted and the hairdresser was sounding very assuring that she understood what i was asking for. My haircut was not even close to what i asked for. Even after telling her the length of my bangs she decided to cut them very short. Very disappointed and not satisfied.

I had been to this salon for no a times and all i can say is that this place has lost its charm. The quality of service has degraded , inadequate and inexperienced staff being one of the key reasons.
I got my bridal makeup and hair smoothning done from here. Makeup was fine but the stylist ruined my hair during hair styling treatment. My hair got burnt in the during last step of ironing. As a result i am having a tremendous amount of hairfall. Being an experienced stylist i dont understand how could she do such a blunder. Overall it was not a nice experience and the place is definitely not worth the high rates they charge.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. Never on time even after taking prior appointment. And if u complain she will spoil your make up.

Happy with the services! They are extremely quick and professional at what they do. This was our first visit. Would definitely visit again.

I had a fantastic experience at the salon, and I'm treated like family every time I visit. I recently had the best hair style with the best hair tone at this location, which enthralled me and racked up 1,000,000 preferences. I'm smitten.. it's always worth a shot and making it your go-to spot.. additionally, the salon's proprietor, in particular, is a wish-producer who knows exactly what you need in a flash.. an absolute must.Also balveer the owner ,himself explained all the ways to take care of our skin and hair. Which was really great. Got to know many things that i have been doing wrong. Would really suggest anyone to go here ,if they have any hair related problem or work to be done

The ambiance is amazing! Tbe boss Is very experienced and polite. I'm always satisfied with the services. The employees are also hardworking.

The hairstylist was excellent at her work she gave the exact haircut I wanted. It was great experience,I recommended going there.
