My worst experience ever in a salon was at strands. I booked hairstyles and makeup for a wedding. The experience was terrible. Everything was a mess at this parlour. They could not find their brushes, lipsticks or anything. It was complete mismanagement. Everything was done in a hurry and was so stressful. They delayed us by more than an hour.
The staff is so rude to specifically mention the assistant manager and the Male owner, and are untrained and unprofessional. They did not even acknowledge their mistakes and instead kept on arguing. I donot recommend this salon to anyone.

My family had the worst experience at this salon. They stressed my family on the occasion of wedding as we had booked then for makeup and hairdo. It was a complete mess and chaos at this salon. When I went their with my wife and sister to pay the remaining amount we expressed our inconvenience. The male owner instead kept on asking me irrelevant things about my business and kept on arguing with me, my wife and sister. The only person who is professional in that salon is their hair stylist Rahul who knows how to talk and deal with clients.
No one should ever walk into this salon.

This is the worst experience i have ever had at Strands Patiala. I am writing this review as a warning to other people not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon. Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. We had booked this salon for a wedding makeup and hairdo. The entire experience from start to finish was awful. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service.They are desperate for customers and I see why. The assistant manager and the (male)owner is very rude and unprofessional. We were made to wait a long time before they started doing makeup and everything was chaotic. They didnt have anything in one place instead kept running up and down to gather makeup material. We were delayed by over an hour and had to miss ceremonies. Instead of apologising, we were mistreated by the staff and the owner. I would not recommend this salon to anyone!!!

I went to Strands Lounge for haircut yesterday. I had my hair little longer than shoulder length. The hairstylist suggested me to get bob haircut. I was reluctant as i feared my hair would be cut too short and i made him clear i did not want my hair too short, not below shoulder length. But he insisted on getting the bob haircut done. And finally my hair were cut too short, as I feared. Moreover, they charged me Rs. 850.00/- for the haircut, which is way too overpriced and probably, the most expensive and undeserving salon in whole Patiala. I do not recommend this salon to anyone!!

So caring for your cosmetic needs of your body. A lovely place to visit. Ample parking and aesthetic environs.

Obsessed with their work ....... must visit in love with their work......

Done my pedicure and hair spa today at stands patiala today the atmosphere is enticing and relaxed , pampering has never looked so sweet . You can’t get your hair done but you can get into zen mode another way - aside from the typical pedicure and manicure they have several faces massage . Also the karam madam is always there guide u the best which makes it more personal while maintaining the high standards of professionalism.
