Got my Mani Pedi done today, took them 2.5 hours.. I got shellac removed from my nails and they don’t even have a buffing machine, they literally buffed with a filer for so longggg.. I wouldn’t say that the staff did a bad job, I would rather say the management is not working right.. Fewer selection of nail paints.. No buffing machine, they have very less knowledge about Gel nails. I would recommend the pedicurist though his name was Kavi or Kabi I guess, he did a wonderful job..! Hats off to his splendid service, best foot massage ever!
So If you always get your nails done from Abroad, I wouldn’t suggest you going here.! Find someplace else like Headmasters or Bridal Villa. Customer Service was good but what good would the customer service do if you don’t even have the proper products or an adequate nail range.

I usually am skeptical when it comes to trying something with my hair as many a times I have had not so good experiences with other salons.

However, this time I had a really good experience at Colour Lounge and their hair expert Amit did a really good job with my hair.

Thank you so much for the wonderful work you do! I love my hair cut and colour. And best of all , I know I can always depend on walking out of your salon feeling and looking my best. Best team!

I got a haircut yesterday !! By far these are the most unprofessional barbers I have seen, they are not at all good at their craft. In fact they dont have any craft.
Thisr staff doesn't have any sense of respect for the customer and keep on asking these desi stupid questions. The receptionist lady will show unnecessary attitude towards the client, dosen't even know how to deal.

Had a great experience at Colour Lounge, got hair cut and colour. The results turned out amazing, special thanks to Jagpreet and Digvijay. Kudos!!

The worst experience i ever had from this ranjit avenue branch The so called receptionist hired name sugandha has no sense to talk to customers and she has no professionalism at all how to deal with clients dont ever go here people .. i booked appointment prior by calling someone on reception and told them that Me and my husband will come at the evening and will be using coupon for this all was well informed but miss sugandha so called manager has no sense at all she was arguing in front on customers without any reason as all the things were described to her she firstly didnt asked when i came like do you have a coupon or not and after taking services she just started yelling at us coupon cant be use only 1 coupon can be used this and that her overacting was alot not suiting at all and We contradicted and said this coupon thing is not mentioned on the booklet at end she confessed the same so what was the damn fun of arguing … its a urge to higher authorities to make her learn basic manners to talk to customers in polite way ‘first impression is last impression i would say

Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough, everytime I go I get consistent, quality service. Pricing is more than reasonable. I especially recommend Colour Lounge. So skilled and sweet staff. Highly recommended ✨⭐️
