Lakme Salon Mall Road

I have done my bridal makeup today at lakeme. I'm satisfied with the service given by akash and neelam. Thank you so much for your efforts and excellent make over.

Wanted to give 0 star, bur no option available.

- Very poor service. Make up artist was not able to give any advise, it was clearly evident that he was not experienced at all. Ended up with the makeup that I suggested and that was also not the way I wanted. Really bad and unprofessional service where I had to pay to do my own stuff
- I chose 24500 package, but the receptionist charged 26300 from my husband when I was not present at the counter. I called the Salon for refund of this amount and they said that they will not refund. This was extremely disappointing. Paying more than the actual cost for service which was extremely poor.

Instead of apologising and giving the discount for the disaster they made on my special day, they charged more in unethical way.

I am not going to recommend them to anyone and even I would say if anyone known to me is going for their services, I am going to share this experience and will stop them if they are still not going to take serious action on this.

Worst experience of my life ever. The staff is a bunch of crooks and greedy heads. They made me cry on my wedding day. I chose 16K package and they kept convincing me to get the 70 thousand package on my wedding day. When I didn’t choose to pay more, they changed my makeup artist mid way and he gave me the worst makeup as well as used the worst products. And when I started crying, they changed my makeup again and made me sign a contract that I agree I find their services good. I am telling people to never visit their business and should rather choose something else.

Lakme staff is quite professional. Their make up services are above than all.. Duly recommended... Best one ✌️👍

They don’t know how to handle short hair at all. I went in looking much better than how I came out! They gave me a completely botched haircut and couldn’t fix it even after trying. For my daughter’s wash and plain trim, they made her clothes wet upto the undershirt for the wash. A normal parlour lady provides a much better service.
I am definitely not going back and I would advise you to use local parlour than Lakme Salon Bathinda for a haircut!

My wife and my cousins used there services for make up , this store is rip off. We booked for party make they advised us there are three packages , I booked for Rs 2900 for each person. They upgraded the pack to expensive most , saying it will suit you guys. In between all 5 girls none of them were happy with the end result. Try to avoid this store otherwise you guys will be disappointed as well. Spoiled our party and our moods.

The work was done so professionally by certified staff, Neelam. She listened to my needs and checked my skin sentivity before beginning with the treatment. I personally recommend the saloon and her as well.
