I'm fully satisfied with my smoothing service done by Rohan Sir. Very Nice staff, One of the best thing I notice in this salon that the owner , Akram sir is such a responsible person that he is checking the each and every service done by their experts. 👍👍

He made me waited at his shop for payment, as his card & UPI services were not responding. The three cards in a row did not work in his machine for the whole day.
Made me feel so terrible about not carrying cash.
This happened on my sister’s wedding day. Akram is not customer oriented at all as he care only for his money.

There should be an option of 0 stars, considering how rude, impolite and unprofessional the staff is. Especially the owner, who has no understanding of where they went wrong and continues to be exceptionally rude. They say something else to our face and then completely change the story in the review section. There payment services were not working to which they accepted, but here in the reviews they say we were at fault, when they admitted to being at fault themselves. Highly don't recommend going to this salon, but if your fond of impolite behavior and very poor service, be my guest!

My experience is nice with this salon. ..Staff is friendly nd do their job well..They give u right suggestions about ur concern ...Keep Up the good work Akram Sir !!!!

The best place in city and got sevices done by Mr. Sunny and it was the best and such a relaxing service i ever had special thanks to him

Pathetic experience!!! Worst salon!! If you go to avail beauty services they’ll suggest one of the expensive services but the service is quite poor!! I went for a facial there and the staff suggested me to go for a facial costing Rs 2000 according to my skin type, before taking the facial they said that I’ll be getting a complimentary face mask but they gave me the one that they used on my face. That’s not all, some other day I went for global hair colour, asked for L’Oréal hair colour but the boy over there applied Matrix hair colour. When I brought it to the notice of the owner he convinced me that both are one and the same thing, then why are you people offering hair services in two different brands….!!! Don’t make people fool!!!

Worst experience there ! The staff is least interested in working and Even the male staff there disrespects the female staff and that's awfull ...I went there for a haircut and that worked ruined it in the first go and when we complained about that the cut is not upto the mark he made me stand and cut my hair !! Worst ...ever salon ... please Ont go there even if it's the last salon in the city !!
