Highly disappointed. Unprofessional staff. Never going again for myself or my husband.

I and my husband were regular clients of this salon but a recent experience showed how unprofessional they are. The male hair stylist named Vijay stopped the service in the middle of doing it because he wanted to have lunch was something I had never seen anywhere else. He did not even give a head wash after the hair cut.

Totally not the worth the money that they charge.

Not recommended, there are many better ones in Ludhiana.

Despite the fact that I live a little far away from this salon, I make sure I come here for every service. The ambiance is great and the staff is really professional. Be it beauty & skincare or hair, this salon excels at it all. I recommend this place to everyone! 😊

I currently live in Dubai but Ludhiana is my hometown. Every time I visit Ludhiana, Urban Beauty Spa and Lounge is my go to salon. The service and facilities are of the highest standard, simply love pampering myself at Urban. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a professional and safe salon experience. Awsm product, best dealing, NYC staff and I'm speechless for gorgeous lady the owner.

My wife got her hair smoothening just next day after our wedding. It lasts for not even a month.
Ambience was nice. Attendees were good untill u are ready to spend more and more.
But they didnt took any care further.
Suggested more treatments and more expenses. That ur hair are damaged.
Spent 9000 on smoothening and so and so treatments. And chemicals they used in the process.
All stated wid 5000 ended up at 9000.
If hair were damaged they shouldnt suggested smoothening on the day we were there. They did just to fill dere pockets.

Worst salon in the town! Uses cheap quality products and totally unhygienic. Above all, they charge so high after pathetic service
