Blow Hair & Beauty Salon

Given the recent unpleasant experience and being a regular at the Blow Salon, Lalbaugh, I thought it would be in the interest of the team to probably hire a more welcoming and warm receptionist. The lady who was in attendance on the counter on the 31st of August, ‘22 was anything but hospitable. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or she is always this cranky and unnecessarily stern but surely it was enough to spoil the service experience. Having the best interest of the salon, I really hope the team would look into this matter in order to ensure a smoother and pleasant experience for the regular and future customers to come.

I got a hair wash and blow dry done on a Friday evening.. And Vijay did a fantastic job with the blow dry! Am totally blown away with his skills!

This is undoubtedly the best unisex hair salon. The staff is extremely polite and very professional.

The lady who handles the place is generous and even offered me coffee and sandwiches!

The rates are affordable and the hairstylists are very skilled.

Would definitely recommend this to everyone who’s looking for a makeover / hair colour / haircut etc.

Went to get the frizz out of my hair. Explained that my hair was tricky. Was given a very expensive treatment and my hair felt like coir. Two days later it was terrible. Money was not refunded . And the hairdresser spent the whole time whining she had a headache. Also was constantly pressurised to avail other services on payment, even though my hair was a mess. Don't go there unless you're okay with poor service.

Just got my wife and my daughter haircut from pratibha ma’am….. only I want to say FABULOUS HAIRDRESSER SHE IS…..
value for MONEY…. value for TIME…..

I have faced issues with this salon multiple times. Always thought it’s happened by mistake and gave them another chance. But they are disgusting every time! They must be banned. The staff specifically the receptionist (Rashmi and Priya) are very stupid. Don’t know how to manage the clients.
Pratibha the owners apparent sister is super foolish, does not value time.
After an appointment she walks in after 45 mins and thinks she is sone jean claude in Paris.

DONOT VISIT THIS SALON even if it’s the last one!!

They are full of gimmicks.
