Kapils Salon - Mulund

After reading all the great reviews, i was looking forward to get a haircut here. I asked for a master stylist and had a really bad experience. The stylist looked like a beginner and literally cut my hair( horribly) in just 5 minutes. I did not understand that he had cut my hair unevenly until i washed them again later. When told that I wasn’t satisfied with the overall experience, the person on the counter said that i can pay the basic charges. But what about the fact that i have this horrible haircut that I cannot redo unless it grows a bit.

It was an excellent experience with Kapil's. Total changeover n i m very happy with the facial n haircut. Staff was professional and hygenic all precautions were taken care in this covid situation. Feeling awesome. Definately recommended.

I had a great experience doing my eyebrows with jyoti. The Cirepil wax experience was very good. It was totally pain free and no tears as compared to threading. Overall great experience. Thank you Jyoti☺️
