I am giving this place a 3 rating.
Its a great place. The girl at the reception is very friendly and very understanding. The place is clean and hygienic for faicial makeup and waxing. I had waxing and facial done here and the lady did a great job. Painless and smooth job she did for waxing. Will definately go back once I am back in Bhopal. Also my cousins had their party makeup done there and it was amazing. They looked great.
Now you are wondering why I am saying positive stuff about the place and still giving a rating of 3. Because of the henna artist. She did a horrible job for my bridal henna. And she was in such a hurry that sue even left some parts or the leg and hand empty. So i would recommend DONT HIRE THEM FOR MEHENDI SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE THE BRIDE. They took the money and left in hurry. We had booked her until 10:30 pm and she started getting calls from her family from 8:30 asking her when she will be free which was ridiculous becuase we had booked her until 10:30 pm. And then her relatives came asking her if she was done. I mean how stupid is that. She rushed my mehendi designs and messed up allot. I made the mistake because I am not from Bhopal area so had no idea about the makeup artist. There are much better and I must say much better artist. You can get them from the streets.
Spa services are great except this mehendi service. If you are hiring them then confirm that they can work for your time and not theirs.

I went for the brazalian keratine treatment, I tried to do exactly as the instruction given by salon, but after 2 times of washing, the curls came back. Once the payment was done they didn't respond to my calls n queries.. i even asked for the shampoo n conditioner as it was not available in market, they assured me to arrange for it but since then salon is not responding calls. Very bad service highly disappointed. Not worth n expected this from swan salon.

Its a really nice spa, it was my first visit here. Great services, staff are great with customers.
My haircut and spa was done by Sachin, he is wonderful, professional and polit with really good behaviour, all the services were great. Kudos 👍
