Horrible staff experience. The first impression of any service provider is their attitude towards customer and this parlour is worst in that. They were really rude and mis-behaving. Yesterday I went there to get some service from them and they treated me very badly, just because they were near to their closing time. When we can cooperate with them if they ask us to wait for few minutes when they are busy with other customers, why can't they give us few extra minutes. I am a permanent customer of this clinic and if still they could treat me in this way then you can clearly imagine what would they do to their new customers. I was really disappointed by their behavior as yesterday's function was an important one for me but their behavior and rudeness spoiled it badly. Also, the staff is so stubborn that even after I requested them they refused to deliver the service to me and said we can't do your makeup because it is now closing time for us. Additionally, they are not using branded makeup and their makeup artist is not up to the mark. I would request you to go their on your risk. Also if you are taking makeup services from them, do check their make up articles for sure. I would personally not suggest this parlour to anyone.

The owner puts in lots of effort and personal touch into whatever services they provide. The place is clean and hygienic..good experience!

The parlour is in very bad shape. Went for a haircut, the staff made me wait for atleast half an hour saying that the owner will come and cut the hair in 2 minutes..which eventually never happened and when we firmly stated that we will leave if owner will not show up, the owner came and started arguing with us as in it was our fault that we had to wait for her. She was very mean and arrogant while talking to us. We lftwithout services. A very very bad experience at this parlour I never ever faced anywhere before at anyparlour in my life do not go to this parlour.

The owner was rude and arrogant and made us wait for 40 minutes and kept on delaying the haircut bcz of her personal work... Close the shop if you don't want to attend the customers and then if they are frustrated don't talk back like you did nothing wrong... Seriously what to they think of themselves... Doing wrong and being arrogant
Just wanna say that avoid the place... There are better places nearby.
