Sakshi is an amazing and my favourite MUA. She did a wonderful job of making me look perfect at my engagement. She patiently listened to what I wanted and made sure that I wasn’t disappointed. I loved her work so much that I took her services again during my Reception party and tbh I could see that her work had improved quite a lot. She’s a fast learner and keeps up with the industry trend. She is always on-time, very polite and delivers what she promises. And on top of that she’s one gem of a person. You will never be disappointed by her work.

We booked Sakshi three months before for a two day engagement and wedding event at Bina. On day one our functions had to start at 12 noon so we had asked her to reach at 9 am . But since she had no respect for her customers time . She arrived at 12 noon - 3 hours late!!! We missed our moohrat and had to face huge embarrassment.
This does not end here.
What happened next day for the wedding was heights of carelessness and unprofessionalism.
We had informed about the barat time as 7:30 pm and kept requesting her since morning to arrive on time by 4 pm. You would not belive that she left sagar by 5 pm and arrived at 7 pm to Bina!!!!

We were under so much stress and almost cried.
Had to request the groom side to delay the barat causing so much embarrassment and unconvenience.

The answer from Sakshi was dont worry i can get you ready in 1.5 hours. Which bridal makeup gets done in 1.5 hours for which you are paying a freaking 15k!!!

There were so many other mistakes like she brought a faulty brown lense which was so much irritating to the eyes that i had to continue without lense ( i had asked her for a grey one) .

In short my wedding day was thoroughly ruined by her.

Elegance beauty studio is one of the best in Sagar. The service was great. One should definitely visit here.
