The manager here doesn't know how to treat their customers. Took kids for a haircut to the salon the way the service itself started wasn't proper. This mannerless manager and the staff talked about ethics to these kids and refused to provide certain treatments whereas they could have then and there refused to provide the same. This happened in kollam beach road salon and when we asked the manager about the issue he hung up on us and refused to talk using a very rude slang.

One of the best places in kollam. Very professional and friendly staffs. Great service. Salman is the best stylist there. I am very happy with his styling and hair spa. Defenitly recommend.

I am a regular customer of toni and guy Kollam since 2019 and i always did my threading and Normal clean up there.
For a normal clean up they charged usually RS 850.. but the service they did for 850 was always worth...
So as usual i went there for my cleanup today and clearly informed them that i wanted a normal clean up..
Once when the procedureis over, the bill amount for clean up given was RS 1300. So i thought they might have mistakenly typed.. so i informed them what i did was a normal clean up, but then they said "mam as the normal clean up products were not available now we did some other kinda clean up which charges Rs 1300".
I clearly don't understand why they didn't even bother to inform me about this before doing the procedure... And they were telling this after once the bill was given..what if i was not carrying that much amount with me then???
They must have informed me about this before doing the procedure..
Being a regular customer there i am so sad to say this..

Very pleasant atmosphere, welcoming staff and talented employees, I absolutely recommend this place for consistent and quality services.

I fixed an appointment for a hair cut for 7 o clock after calling and confirming their availability, I reached there at 7 and still had to wait till 7.40 pm.to get started with a haircut. I think they haven't yet understood what an appointment means!

Very very bad experience. After hair spa my hair totally damaged. When i complaint this matter they responed irresponsibly.
