Absolutely love the Beauty Salon and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments.

I am a first time customer..I have well maintained, long, silky straight hair, which already has a layer cut and i just want a blow dry for rs 500. They convinced me to curl and charged 1000 for ruining my hair with hair straightener (not a curler). at the same time there was another lady complaining for ruining her eyebrows. Very sad..

It is one of the worst places ever. The staff is horrible! They are quarrelsome and unprofessional. They are RUINING Devi’s name. If you want to get your good name back, please kick those useless, arrogant women out of your company. The service was better a few years back. I asked one lady to do my eyebrows in a way, she showed pure “pucham” at my request and ruined it. I don’t know her name, or else I would have mentioned it. NEVER going there again and NEVER suggesting Pink Lotus Kollam to anyone. Devi, you’re skilled! But your employees are ruining it for you. Either teach them professional ethics or kick them out. Simple. Afterall, we’re paying for your service. Customer satisfaction is important For Your Kind Information. And this is Not my first experience there.

Devi's has been my mom's favourite hair salon from the time they've had one in Bishop Jerome Nagar. And it was the only name she came up with for my engagement make-up. I was ready to give it a try considering she's the renowned AmbikaPillai's sister, only to realize later that I shouldn’t have doubted my mom. I was so amazed by her work that I chose her over and over again- from my engagement to pre-wedding to wedding to reception, and all this without a burn in the pocket.

Devika madam is everything I wished for from a bridal make-up artist. She's professional, polite and she listens to your ideas. She uses only world-class products and the make-up feels light (that was one thing Dad wanted- he told me to look like myself and not to put on layers after layers of make-up). And when I had no clue how to choose my wedding jewellery (I was only adamant that I wouldn’t wear a lot of gold), Devika madam came to the rescue. She sees to it that everything comes out perfect.

Thank you ma’am for being patient with me and helping me live my wedding-day dream. More than anything else, I FELT pretty being your bride.

Most ethical parlour. Very friendly staff, best of products are used. Top it all, MS. Devika is always at your service! It's not the pay for their service concerns them but the satisfaction.

Worst parlour i visited. The staff is actually ruining the owner's name. When i visited the staff were quarrelling and i had to wait till their fight is over.That was my first visit and i won't visit again.I did cysteine treatment and they burnt my scalp,i was repeatedly tellkng them it burns md but they were not listening all these and were busy in discussing about that day's fight. One old customer came their and they were badmouthing her also.My rating is zero.

Not expected much on visiting kalvary mount as my plan was just visit the place enroute to munnar from ernakulam via cheruthoni.road was steepy to climb one has to care of the climbing vehicle to give way. Once reached over there you will be get excited. From parking place you can feel that breeze in the month of may where mercury soaring high. Catchment area of idukki dam giving a view which is not explainable. One can easily spend a hour or two. If anyone wants to stay .there is two cottages of forest dept: reasonable and convenient for 5 pax. Just imagine the feel in the nights..
