Nice and calm place. Rates are little high while compared with the others. In case of rush, there is insufficient space for waiting . About 6 persons can be served at a time.

I had got a cut in my left ear due to the irresponsible behaviour and show off of a north indian looking guy, i don't know if he is malayali, but I was hurt mentally too that the owner was there and he saw the way I was bleeding and didn't say anything, i was poured with some aftershave lotion and the guy quickly finished the hair cut and I have to pay full money.

As a customer i pay 130 rupee for just a haircut(this event happened 6 month ago) and getting cut in the ear or anywhere is something that I can't suffer.

I was a regular customer there and was getting hair and face treatments which are as you know little bit expensive. After this incident i have never been there.

The old staffs were a lot better.

After several bad experiences over the year I was nervous about getting my hair cut. I decided to give Deluxe beauty clinic a try after a recommendation from my brother and I was not disappointed. Saloon owner Mr. Viswanathan really took the time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my vision.I absolutely love my new style and I’m already excited to go back. Thank you.

Not all are experienced but I get my haircut done by one person only at this place. He knows how top ship the styling.

The cost is normal not to much hard hitting on your wallet.

The place is a little small parking vehicle is a little painful sometimes.

One of the few good salons in Kottayam town. Great for normal cuts rather than exceptions. Little expensive above normal for a average looking place.

Had worst experience.. not at all professional.. Booked a slot for getting service from the experienced guy there but when we reached there he didn't turn up telling he was busy with other clients and an inexpienced guy was assigned and it was one of the worst service we had.. so please make sure if you planning to get their service for any function, please do avoid or make sure someone experienced is handling you.

They have no idea about how to treat a customer, very poor understanding on what the customer needs. I saw a couple of really old people walking in, suggesting it's just a place were old people prefer, who doesn't need too much styling or grooming. The worst of all, my hair was cut even after blow-drying. And they charged Rs 350 (cutting and beard shaping). Not a place worth going again.
