Nice experience. Customer interaction and their overall service is so good.
Before going to naturals, I’ve done highlights from a different place and it made my hair so dry and was totally disappointed even with the colour. So today I did a haircut and global highlight at naturals and I really feel like I got my hair back. Thank you guys💕

This review is strictly in terms of my experience I had when I called them to enquire about their services. The first person I spoke to over the phone about their hair spa treatments, he did not know anything about the service, then, he transfered me in the middle of my conversation to another person who said he knew to speak only English. This was very irritating since it seemed like he did not know to speak in English well and ultimately could not explain. Kindly train the front desk about the services and to be polite over the phone.

Staff very good.... Pls take appointment before coming.. Parking is fine.. But you have to climb steep steel stairs to first floor. Place is neatly maintained

Quality service from professionals. Both my services were too good compared to other expensive salons in Kollam. My services were on time and there was no lag as I booked in advance via online.

As I planned for a smoothening, on seeing my hair they guided me to do keratin treatment instead of smoothening. And i am totally loving my hair after that..
