In my experience it is one of the best saloons for men. The place is quite nice and elegant.
The staff is also very friendly.
I never had a single bad experience from there.
I would suggest Mr. Jarees, as he is my hair stylist for a long time. He is very friendly and professional. Also serves the best.

I have been a customer at Naturals for last few years. But my last 2 appointments were terrible experience. I booked my slot for a haircut and eyebrows shaping. Last time I had to wait 1 hour for my turn for haircut. This time, I got my haircut as soon as reached but they asked me to wait for sometime to get my eyebrows done. It's hardly a 10 minutes task for which I should wait hours??? And what's the point in having a prior appointment in such cases. Customer dealing in such scenarios are too bad.

Excellent service.. I only use to get my haircut from Bindu, who is now in Aluva Naturals. She use to come to Kottayam according to her clients need.. Very dedicated and amazing stylist … The Spa is also very effective..

Went for hair coloring....had the worst experience...the person could not understand what I wanted and ended doing what he felt like...later when complained he constantly kept saying that this is good and was not ready to hear to do as I wish to...Then as I could not bear the colour done I insisted to chop the hair , its then he reduced the colour. The communication is not done properly and they proceed even without listening . I had to pay 6.5k for this tragedy...

Me and my Aunty went to to naturals today...Rijwan did a fantastic job in taking care of my facial, cutting and hair colouring services. He also suggested me the right facial for me and it was good. Lekha attended my aunty for facial and hair services. My aunty was all praise for lekha for her professionalism and exemplary service. Thank you for the wonderful experience
