I had been here 2 days ago for eyebrows and waxing. Firstly, they made me wait for around 10 minutes stating they are quite busy. When I went in, I see only two customers there. Later, after doing my eyebrows, I was asked to change for waxing and the change of cloth that they gave me was an unclean used one. When I mentioned that to the girl who was servicing me, she said “is it? I don’t think so… it’s a fresh one.” It was quite evident that it was not a washed clean one but rather a cloth that was already used by someone the same day. While the girl continued with waxing, I told her that she missed out on applying astringent/moisturiser after my eyebrows. She told me she hasn’t forgotten and that because of the rush she will do it after my waxing. Please note the rush here is 2 other customers who were no where near the eyebrow threading area. They were busy getting the hair coloured and pedicure in the pedicure booth. After waxing, I come out and wait for 5-7 minutes for the girl to apply astringent to my eyebrows. I don’t see her, and i helped myself with the astringent. If two customers are a crowd and you’re unable to manage and neglect cleanliness by providing unclean clothes to customers during these times, it is definitely a matter of concern. Also, when you are servicing a customer, other employees who pass by the room, knocking, peeping, and disturbing is not appreciated. I have mentioned all this out of utter disappointment from my experience in spite of being a member there. Henceforth, please take care of your customers.

Wonderful service and results. Polite staff and loved the way they interact. Have to do a special mention about Mr.Ganesh who helped me with detan and clean up. Had a wonderful conversation. Will be looking forward to my next session. Would highly recommend Ganesh.

Naturals the brand name is enough. But to be honest I preferred this salon among other good brands is because of the awesome hair stylists work there. especially Ganesh Sharma who brings quality service & really amazing with his services. Cheers 👍
