The most dissapointing service ever. They burnt my hand during waxing, and when I asked them to provide me medication, with no concern they just got some random gel to shoo me away. What was worse was they asked me to pay the bill for the entire service. Such pretentious inhuman parlour service. No one should enter their doorstep

This is a great spa. The service was fantastic and the results were perfect. I have done hair services here.
Staffs are very professional, friendly and attentive and had pleasant conversation. Surprised to see some negative reviews, but fair enough to say one of the best parlours in Kochi city and cost worthable.

I had requested home service, the manager, Mr Mathew, readily agreed & arranged for hairstylist Samir to come home, within the hour. Samir did a great job with my hair! Samir was very efficient, professional, courteous. He comes to you, with my highest recommendation.

Since then, I have been to the Salon twice. I just want to echo, repeat of the excellent service, very professional, great ambience, very friendly, warm staff, service-oriented positive mentality- I felt & was treated like royalty! The total experience was simply WOW!
This time, David did an excellent job of trimming my hair & blow drying it. Sumi, was also great with my nails. Thank you. Thus, each team member is highly professional & talented.

The third time today, I was again served by Samir, I cannot stopin saying, how professional he is! He likes to better his own high standard. The Manager, Mr Mathew, has a way of keeping all the staff together, & his service before self attitude, is infectious. I remain, a very satisfied customer!

Is it possible to give no stars? The place has very bad hair stylists. They all claim that they know how to do hair colouring but honestly kindergarten students would do better. My hair was a mess that they had to be taught how to colour, because they themselves weren't smart or knowledgeable in the field. I was surprised I knew better than them. I did blonde highlights for my hair and it looked like two different colours on my hair separated with a ruler. They didn't know anything about blending or merging the hair colour. I had to pay 2 visits to fix my hair making my hair more and more damaged. There's a stylist from Mumbai, apparently he knows how to colour but after doing this, he wouldn't even admit it looked bad. Everyone else in the room knew how bad it looked. Please do not go to this salon until the management and staff change.

MANAGER WAS SO INEFFICIENT IN HANDLING THESE SITUATIONS TOO. MONEY PAID. HAIR DAMAGED. THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED.

Got a great hairdo as desired. Staffs communicated well and are professionals in their designated job. They delivered valuable services and I highly recommend them.

I had a bad expérience in this place, the beautician wanted to do too much in a short time and it became a big stress, my haircolour is a failure and I could not enjoy the facial then when I asked to correct my hair, the person in charge could not give me a clear answer regarding how much they would charge me . As they charged me already 1000 inr extra, I did not want to spend anymore extra money.
