Bodycraft Salon, Spa and Clinic - Sahakaranagar

Loved the place and the service. It’s absolutely fabulous and lives up to the reputation the brand and parlour holds. Everything was just perfect 💖💕

Complete mismanagement. I had called ahead and booked 2 haircuts to be done simultaneously. I was informed about a slight wait period of about 10-15 minutes. But despite waiting for over half an hour the staff provided no feedback on how much longer it would take. All I was told that an earlier client extended their service. If that was the case, why provide an appointment. If the salon cannot manage appointments, they should have the courtesy to let the client know or not take an appointment that they cannot honor.

Completely disappointed and will not be visiting this place again.

Very courteous staff. Even if they have scheduling issues, they are very considerate and try and sort out the issues promptly. Very customer friendly staff and the expertise of professionals for hair services and massages is pretty good.

This was the first time I walked into Bodycraft Sahakarnagar. While i got a pedi done, i also wanted a hair cut for my daughter. The front desk said that they can do the cut and it will take a short while. I was ok with this since I was anyway doing a pedi. However, they kept us waiting for almost 1.5 hrs despite me following up!! All they had to do was tell us they are not free, which is absolutely ok but holding a client at ransome for so long is not professional at all! At one one point another client walked in for Eyebrows and promptly the lady who was to do the cut was asked to attend the other services! This is disrespectful for anyone's time.... thoroughly disappointed!

Just realised that the nail polish has chipped off in less tpan 2 hrs!!! Don't know what i have paid for now?!?!

Got my acrylic nails done here and was so soo happy with the service! Love the ambiance of the place and the nail tech and reception were very friendly. Definitely recommend the place!

Jhumpa was very warm and did a great job on my hair colour and nails. Definitely worth it

The salon called me back in response to my enquiry about the price of some services. The receptionist asked at once - "At what time do you need the appointment?" I repeated that I did not need the appointment now; I wanted to find out my costs first. She immediately answered, "I am in the middle of something now; I will call you back". Of course, no one contacted me after that. Why would she call a client in the 1st place if she was "in the middle of something"? Seems like they need help understanding the basics of client service.

Bad service in the sahakar Nagar branch. I have been there twice now and it was bad both the times. It was almost like personel there almost did not want to work and gave a half hearted service. For the amount they take for the services the staf doesn't have a service mentality. I loved the Sadashiv nagar branch but will not go to Sahakar Nagar even if it closer to me
