I would never advise anyone to even go to this salon for a consultation, let alone to inquire about rates for any other procedure. Naturals salon advertised an offer in the TOI newspaper for a limited time, when I called to inquire about the validity of the so-called offer, I was told that it was still available; if I had been told that the offer had expired, I would not have wasted my time visiting this pretty disgusting salon.
I have no idea. Why was the offer published in the newspaper? If the salon had to flatly refuse any such offers, despite the fact that the naturals salon head office representative assured me that the offer was still available.
Please be aware that this salon and its offers are nothing more than a marketing ploy, a complete fraud, or a hoax; do not be duped. Other salons promote as well, and when visited, are warm and pleasant to their clientele. Also, other salons have soft-spoken service staff, and are honest with their customers.
Please go to any salon, whether it's a little local one or a high-end branded one, but never here.

I went to get in a haircut, the lady(one person who was working for the entire branch) didn't wash my hair even though it's supposed to be included, she didn't damp the hair well and started cutting as soon as I said on the chair. She hadn't even combed out the hair and removed the knots properly, while cutting she was simultaneously combing in a hurry, even though at that time i was the only customer. The whole haircut was done in about 5-10 minutes.
For a hair parlour like naturals you would expect better service, however that wasn't delivered l.

Not advisable to visit this salon, even though they charge same price like other location NATURALS but this guy’s don’t have any facilities.

The main hairdresser, she cut my bangs extremely short, second time in a row. I do not understand how a professional does not know how to trim bangs. Repeatedly. No learning curve.

Really good service from this salon. One of the best ones in the areas definitely. Ask for Sameer when you book an appointment, does exactly what you ask from him doesn't get overly creative without your go ahead. Simple and efficient.
