If you don't have records, then that's not my problem. I remember given my.mobile number while making the paymeng using my credit card. Also we cannot keep carrying the invoice all time. I given the rating due to the delay I had gone through for a facial service which was 30 minutes as confirmed later ended up after more than a hour. Based on your confirmation on timing I had opted for the service. Kindly maintain the timing as committed or don't make customer opt for the services mentioning offers or lesser timing. Kindly avoid mentioning as fake reviewer and all without understanding the reason.

This place is quite far from where I live, but yet I always prefer to go here for my hair cuts & treatments.They come up with a lot of offers & rates are very reasonable. Do check out if around.

I had contacted 2weeks prior for saree draping and hairstyle service for an event. There was no proper response from the stylist to discuss about the style,etc. Had to call and text multiple times just to get a call back. For a week she didn't respond. I was supposed to be at the salon at 4pm they call me at 11am telling the stylist isn't picking calls and is unavailable. Extremely unprofessional.
