👍👍A very bug thumbs up for this place .. A very brilliant concept in Ranchi .. We were truly in need of such a studio .where you get all the services including the treatments ( Keratin, hair botox etc) as well as the nail and lashes extension under one roof . Just visit the place and you are all sorted .

Imagine a body builder messaging your sensitive face with his strong hands. Yes they have hired male for facial massages. I had to ask the man to stop the message half-way. Paid the full amount and come out.

No way its a place for any permium services. Unprossional folks running the business.

They gona shut down sooner or later. Just for information, this was our 3rd and last visit to this place. First 2 times was okay okay experience for us.

I had a manicure done of 1k. It was not that great speaking of the past experiences from other places and the amount charged for it. Cuticles were not properly removed.

Additionally when the last step came for applying nail paint, they gave me nail paints which were either dried up or almost finished,still the person tried putting a leftover nail paint and guess what within 1 hour it was all messed up and the nail paint already came out. No coat was applied over the nail paint because it was too finished.

They didn't even bother about all these things and just went with whatever was there with them.

Thank you UM studio for the lovely service... It was my first experience of heel and peel treatment for my cranky feet, but, you ensure to provide me the best service... Kudos to your staff. Shanti.. She is such professional and ethical who understands your problem and give you the best service... Keep up the good work guys... Cheers

The staff is excellent. I really enjoyed the pedicure with Shivani and clean up with Rajni. They were warm, considerate and professional. I would only find fault with the linen at the salon which was old and dirty. If they were to review their hygiene they'd be gold.

I had always wanted the kinda haircut I got at UM Studio. In Ranchi we have many salon that says they do the haircut as per client’s requirement but I never got that. I would like to thank Mr. Akram ( UM STUDIO ) for not only giving the haircut of my choice but also for being a good observer and patient. When he saw I was getting irated with hairdust, he gave me an additional towel to cover myself which not a single salon has ever done that till date ( without a client’s request ) . Its not a very big thing but for me it is because I do not like when my dress gets ruined by hairdusts. Even the hospitality was sooooo good . I thought my mum would be bored but while I was busy getting my hair done, other staffs took care of her. She also liked the salon very much. Thanks to Ms. Smriti for taking me to the studio. Kudos to entire team of UM Studio // 🥂
