I got my Keratin Treatment from Matrix which turned out to be a really bad experience and they charged a lot for it. Also asked to pay separately for the hair wash after two days which is generally included in the treatment itself.
Even if it’s not, saloon should inform their customers prior. Very unsatisfied!
Customer satisfaction is not at all important to them which is bad for customer retention.

My makeup was so flawless and natural, it was the first time I went to this salon and their services were quite satisfactory that I couldn’t resist myself getting my makeup done from only Renu all the times. She’s such a great makeup artist, highly recommended for bridal makeup.
