The staff their is so bad
They told us the facial (gold kit) will cost 1200 rupees but at the end charged 1800 rupees. They used some cream without even asking us .
They are a big fraud.

I have asked for ombre hair colour instead they have coloured the cap area of my hair orange. Ruined my hair. Very unprofessional, don't have colours available for hair colour, don't give respect to clients'. Zero knowledge of hair. Waste of money. No refund.

No proper maintain rule for first come first serve. Customer have to wait even after his or her number comes for hair cut. So misbehave attitude.
