Visited Monsoon Salon for hair cut. The stylist was good but had a mind of his own. Did not take into account my preferences. Ambience was good though a little on the expensive side.

My experience was absolutely horrible. I had gone for a hair keratin treatment. First of all, the hair dressers kept changing. I highly suspect that the persons attending to my keratin procedure were not trained at all. They seemed to be all helpers! This was ridiculous for the price they charge. Furthermore, although an expensive procedure, which is supposed to stay at least for a few months, it did nothing but damage and make a mess of my hair. Never ever going or recommending this place to anyone.

A name or brand means different things to different people, however the brand Monsoon for me means renew, rejuvenation and coming to life with a fresh new approach and that is exactly what we are about. It is a the fresh breeze after a long dry spell, it is romantic, sexy, colorful and fun. We approach things with energy and passion and backed up with the support and international experience to ensure that Monsoon Salon is the leader in the Indian market but also admired internationally with skills comparable to any top Salon in the World.

We have a very specific plan, detailed and concise that will be executed with precision and finesse over the next 3-5 years with expert detailed training being our primary focus. The brand Monsoon will be market leader and strategically placed throughout Delhi/NCR in our first phase. In the next 3 years we will have 30+ salons adding selected sites furthering to 50 in the last 2 years of our expansion. With a very strong info structure in place that supports such expansion we will only multiply when all key areas of our business is adequately aligned.

The stylist was confident he made my hair really good. When in fact he made a fool of me and my hair. Not only did he pull my hair unbearably while curling. He pinned my brooch so high that only a professional basketball player could have seen it and that too if he was over 7 feet and somehow wanted to check out the birdnest on my head. Paid 830 bucks to waste my time and re-do my hair at home.

Dishonest company. They have doubled their prices then halved them on nearbuy. Their regular charges for light make up are around 2000, on nearbuy they have made it as 4150 and then given 47% discount. I called and checked with them, the charges for light make up around 2000, not 4150. Cheap marketing and sales gimmicks. I would never trust a salon like this.

Worst parlour I hv ever visited as they kp on waiting the customer as we don't hv anything 2 do whole as we hv come 2 parlour these tooks my 4hr for pedicure &menicure .Even they don't hv water supply so u hv 2 wait for mcd tanker 2 get water so y u r taking up customers if u don't hv water &even staff don't want 2 work as we hv 2 call them again again lk if we hv come there for free services as they only send d sms of 50%off but 2 worth in that amt also

They don't use a grinding tool. Hand filed with the wrong grit and I left with bruised nails. Would not recommend.

Please do not go by the pictures of this salon. It is a very unhygienic salon, without a good staff which is rude and who speak in a harsh way with the clients. They harasss the clients by telling them that they do not have a way out of the memebership that they purchased even after telling them the service status and cleanliness of the salon has gone down: The owner himself does not bother to help the clients.
