Dessange Paris

Our entire family goes to this saloon and we have been satisfied with the service. However 2 days ago, after my haircut, haircolor and massage, I found that the color has seeped into my T Shirt and ruined it. I sent the picture of the shirt and a note to Anil immediately and Anil promised to get back.
No response has been received and it is a shocking case of extremely poor after sales and total lack of concern for customers. If they can treat their die hard customers like this, God know how the casual one time customers must be treated.
I hope good sense prevails on them and they start to value their customers other than making money out of them.

Anil is my hair stylist and he is really awesome at his job . The cut color and style he has given me has gotten me a lot of compliments and also the hair treatments he gives me has improved the quality and texture of my hair .

This is one of the sybarite salon which is quite glittering in delhi. The way they insisted me was probably mellifluous. I never stop going there. Keep doing your service much more better in the future than these days, i don't know it's not just a word to explain. "The Dessange"Which means an incredible

A very nice saloon, they are very good with massages and pedicures. Very courteous and smart staff. A little too expensive for most of the services and they are not professionally any better than the competition.

I went to Dessange because my stylist in Toni and Guy is traveling. The guy who cut my hair is Sumit.

For Rs 2300 I got a haircut worth Rs 50 and I guess i am am never going back. Totally terrible!!!!

For tge kind of money they should have trained people.

I was a regular customer of Dessange Mumbai. Have shifted to Delhi and thought of trying this one. Though owner of Mumbai and Delhi one are different. But since the chain is same so I thought service may not gonna hamper that much.
But shocking enough the Delhi one is not at all even close to Mumbai one. I ended up paying as same rate as Mumbai but got quite poor quality of service.
I have a lot of gray hair. So got the basic hair colour done since I was not that sure about the services here. But in that too after the colour I can still see few of my gray hairs.
Second, I got pedi meni both. Though they did have me good massage but again it was a very basic one. They have even left few steps too. And not at all anywhere close to the service I used to get in Mumbai.
Third, the only thing I liked is waxing. Which is being done by Ms.Asha. So I can vouch for her.

All in all not a good experience.
