I had an amazing experience. The guy named Akash was assigned for my hair color, he was really cooperative. Overall service was very nice. Thank you so much. I got Balyaage and Global at a very reasonable price.

I have never been disappointed with Elegance services. I often go there for haircut and they have some very good hair dressers. Affordable and also beautiful interiors. Staff is cooperative. Owner stays there till late, by the time they shut the shop. This impacts a lot on the staff behaviour and punctuality.

Not satisfactory. I got O3 advance facial , rica arm wax , O 3 bleach and threading. Within an hour all this work was done. It seems they are too much in hurry and some relay was going on to finish it as fast as possible. On complaining the owner is not ready to accept. AC was also too cold . Overall felt like wasted my money .

Pathetic servicee for the price . The staff should first actually go and see how salons work .overconfidence bad service. The girl doing threading vanished mid way .

Wonderful staff. Best place to get ready for any function . One of the best parlour in Patel Nagar .loved the makeup done by Neetu and hairdo by Vikas.

Very disappointed......bad behavior of owner....talk to you in very rude way.....not good in services as per the price.....never want to visit again 🙄
